PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an information processor performing data delivery and processing using a ring-shaped bus has the risk that suspended packets are increased to cause dead lock.SOLUTION: An information processor includes a plurality of communication units connected to a bus like a ring. At least one of the plurality of communication units determines whether a processing unit which executes processing on received data is a processing unit which executes processing subsequent to processing of a processing unit corresponding to the communication unit or not, and detects whether processing on received data is suspended in processing units corresponding to the other communication units or not, in which if it is determined that the processing unit which executes processing on received data is a processing unit which executes processing subsequent to processing of the processing unit corresponding to the communication unit and it is detected that processing on the received data is suspended, a transmission interval is extended.
