PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation to input a setup value on a single screen.SOLUTION: An MFP includes: an HDD for storing plural setup items used for determining a process condition for a process execution part 71 to execute a process, with the setup items categorized into plural small groups, and plural setup screens used for setting one or more setup items with setup values; a setup screen display part 15 for displaying a setup screen selected from the plural setup screens; and an input screen display part 31 for displaying an input screen including item information of one or more setup items and plural input key images overlapped on the setup screen. Further, the input screen display part 31 displays each of one or more pieces of item information in the same display mode as the setup information of the setup item categorized into a small group that is the same small group the corresponding setup item is categorized into and in a different display mode from the setup information of a setup item categorized into a small group different from a small group the corresponding setup item is categorized into.
