Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigeration device advantageous in suppressing uneven wear of a bearing and a valve seat by pressing a stem as straight as possible the moment that a valve is opened.SOLUTION: The cryogenic refrigeration device includes a high-pressure valve 3 and a low-pressure valve 7. At least one of the valves 3, 7 has a bearing 35, a valve body 4 having a stem 40 and a valve part 42, an biasing spring 47, a turning member 5 which has a pressurization region 50 opening the valve part 42 by coming into contact with the tip part 41 of the stem 40 of the valve body 4 and pressurizing it in a valve opening direction, and a cam 6 turning the turning member 5. A region which pressurizes the tip part 41 of the stem 40 in the valve opening direction the moment that the valve part 42 opens a valve port 32, in the pressurization area 50 is defined as a first area 51. The angle of the first region 51 crossing the center axis P of the stem 40 is denoted as θstart. The θstart is set to be within a range of 90±3°. |
