Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient heating cooker capable of comprehensible operation.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a heating chamber 2 for storing a heated object in a body 1; a door 3 for covering the front face of the heating chamber 2; a heating means 31 for heating the heated object; and an operation display unit 6 provided with a display unit 70 with a touch panel, which is provided on the body 1 or the door 3 and guides setting of a menu of cooking whose heating condition of the heating means 31 is desired from a plurality of conditions by deepening hierarchies and a start means 6b for starting cooking. An auxiliary screen input unit 95g for displaying an auxiliary screen 90 is installed on an individual screen 95 of the menu set with the display unit 70 with the touch panel, and switching means 94 for switching into the individual screen 95 are arranged on all pages of the auxiliary screen 90.
