Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device used as an awning device, which can perform the function of the awning device.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device used as an awning device 1 includes an opening/closing body 15 which can move in the vertical direction for opening/closing an opening 3. At the lower end of the opening/closing body 15, awning means 16 is provided that moves in the vertical direction along with the opening/closing body 15. The awning means 16 includes a flexible awning body, and a winding body 42 for winding the awning body so that the awning body can be unwound.
