Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer alloy having high heat resistance and high processability to fiber, wherein polylactic acid resin is finely dispersed in polyethylene terephthalate resin at a nano level and, and to provide fiber including the polymer alloy.SOLUTION: This polymer alloy is obtained by mixing 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. of crosslinking agent containing an epoxy group into 100 pts.wt. of resin component consisting of 60-95 pts.wt. of polyethylene terephthalate resin and 5-40 pts.wt. of polylactic acid resin. The polymer alloy fiber including the polymer alloy is provided. The polymer alloy is manufactured by melting and kneading the mixture of the crosslinking agent including polyethylene terephthalate resin, polylactic acid resin, and epoxy group with a twin-screw kneading extruder or the like. The polymer alloy fiber is manufactured by melting and spinning a chip of the obtained polymer alloy.
