Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure of a vehicle, capable of improving repair performance of a lateral rod bracket, and capable of relatively easily adjusting arrangement of a lateral rod.SOLUTION: One end of the lateral rod 54 is connected via the lateral rod bracket 60 to a vehicle body frame 20 having a pair of side members 21 extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a cross member 22 extended in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle and fixed to the pair of side members 21, and the lateral rod bracket 60 is constituted of a support member 61 integrally fixed to the vehicle body frame 20 and an outfitting member 62 detachably fixed to the support member 61 and installing one end of the lateral rod 54.
