PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar antenna having a broadband characteristic.SOLUTION: An antenna 20 comprises a plate-like ground conductor 1, a radiation conductor 2 arranged almost in parallel to the ground conductor 1, and a folded T-shaped probe 3 arranged between them. The folded T-shaped probe 3 has a first T-shaped conductor 4 having a vertical side part and a horizontal side part, a second T-shaped conductor 5 having a vertical side part and a horizontal side part, having the same shape with the first T-shaped conductor, and arranged almost in parallel to the first T-shaped conductor 4, a first end connection conductor 6a connecting first ends of the horizontal side parts of the first and second T-shaped conductors 4, 5, and a second end connection conductor 6b connecting second ends of the horizontal side parts of the first and second T-shaped conductors 4, 5. The second end of the vertical side part of the first T-shaped conductor 4 is connected to a power feeding circuit, and the second end of the vertical side part of the second T-shaped conductor 5 is connected to the ground conductor 1.
