Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating and console system for use in a seating row and configurable between a seating configuration and a console configuration.SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle seat including a seat base 24 and a seat back, a part of the seat back is separatable/turnable and functions as a back of the seat surface at a first position where that part is in a raised state. A member serving as a console is mounted to an opposite side of that part. The console member is exposed to the inside of the vehicle and functions as the console at a second position for reaching which that part rotates substantially 90 degrees. There are installed in the console, such as an armrest 26, a storage bin 34, a cup holder 30, power port, data port, and a controller for controlling in-vehicle equipment.
