Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic phosphazene compound that enhances the flame retardancy and dielectric characteristic of a resin molded product without deteriorating the high-temperature reliability and mechanical characteristic.SOLUTION: This oligo(phenyleneoxy) group-substituted cyclic phosphazene compound is modified by a glycidyl group of formula (1). In formula (1), n is an integer of 1-6; at least one of As is an oligo(phenyleneoxy) group-substituted phenyloxy group modified by a glycidyl group, and each of the others is an aryloxy group where at least one group selected from a 1-6C alkyl group, alkenyl group, and aryl group may be substituted.
