Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent protective sheet for a display, which has superior rigidity and heat resistance and can solve problems in the processing step of a display panel and its product stage, and to provide a transparent conductive sheet with the transparent protective sheet used as a base material.SOLUTION: Provided is a transparent protective sheet for a display that comprises a hard coat layer on at least one surface of a transparent resin composition sheet containing a copolymer of styrene and α-methylstyrene. There is also provided a transparent conductive sheet 1 in which a transparent conductive film 2 is formed on at least one surface of the transparent protective sheet.
