PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate proper attachment of a vibration absorbing material to an inner surface section of a clamp structure and to a clamp device of different structure, respectively.SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing material F which is made from rubber or a rubber-like elastic material and which is used by being attached to inner surface sections 101 of clamp structures 100 in a clamp device C in which a plurality of long objects P are sandwiched and held between the inner surface sections 101 of the pair of clamp structures 100, 100 in a manner such that there is a gap between adjacent long objects P, P and each long object P is substantially parallel. The vibration absorbing material comprises: attachment sections 10 for attachment to the clamp structures 100; and at least two parallel vibration absorbing cell bodies 1 which have contact sections 11 in which the side facing the attachment sections 10 is a contact section 11 for the side section of one long object P. Adjacent vibration absorbing cell bodies 1, 1 are connected, in a manner such that the contact section 11 of each vibration absorbing cell body 1 faces to the same side, by means of a connection body 2 which enables the distance between adjacent vibration absorbing cell bodies 1, 1 to be altered.
