Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation earth removal system for a pile, allowing a pile to be driven in a narrow place and capable of efficiently removing excavation earth from an excavated hole.SOLUTION: An excavation earth removal system 1 for a pile removes excavation sediment by an air lift system. The excavation earth removal system 1 comprises: an excavating machine 20 provided with bits 21 for cutting subsoil and a sediment intake port 2a at its tip and having a rod pipe 2 into which air can be supplied; an earth removal hose 41 connected to the upper end side of the rod pipe; an auxiliary air mixing jet 5 connected to the earth removal hose 41; high pressure water supply equipment 71 connected to the auxiliary air mixing jet 5; a carrier hose 42 connected to a discharge port 52 of the auxiliary air mixing jet; a main air mixing jet 6 connected to the carrier hose 42; a relay tank 8 for storing the excavation sediment discharged from a discharge port 62 of the main air mixing jet 6; and a high pressure pump 72 installed in the relay tank and connected to the main air mixing jet. |
