PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organosiloxane resin composition capable of imparting weather resistance and wear resistance to a laminate.SOLUTION: The organosiloxane resin composition comprises the following components dissolved and/or dispersed in a solvent: (E) colloidal silica; (F) a hydrolysis condensate of alkoxysilane having a 1-4C alkyl group, a vinyl group or a 1-3C alkyl group substituted by a group chosen from the group consisting of a methacryloxy group, an amino group, a glycidoxy group and a 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl group; and (G) a metal oxide chosen from titanium oxide, zinc oxide or cerium oxide. When the weight of component (F) is calculated in terms of RR'SiO, the contents of components (E) and (F) are 10-60 wt.% and 40-90 wt.%, respectively, based on 100 wt.% total amount of components (E) and (F), and the content of component (G) is 0.1-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of components (E) and (F).
