Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a harness that can reduce manufacturing costs even when a plurality of battery modules are set by applying a simple processing to an FFC, and by arranging the periphery of the harness in a compact fashion; and a battery module using the harness.SOLUTION: A harness 100 includes: a harness body 110; a first connection section 120; and a second connection section 130. The harness body 110 is formed with a middle part of an FFC 100' after being processed which is located in a direction in which an insulating coating 100a extends. The first connection section 120 extends from one end of the harness body in the direction in which the insulating coating extends, and includes a plurality of conductors 100b having exposed parts 121 exposed from the insulating coating to the outside which are disposed one by one for each of a plurality of electrical signal detection sections 222. The second connection section 130 extends from the other end of the harness body in the direction in which the insulating coating extends, and is connected to an electric processing device 400. A battery module M includes: the harness; a battery cell group 200; and the electric processing device.
