Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bowel movement-improving composition for improving a bowel movement and also improving the intestinal environment by using a food additive, etc., such as water-soluble dietary fibers and an oligosaccharide, together with a decreased usage of a natural processed food material using green vegetables etc.SOLUTION: The bowel movement-improving composition contains the natural processed food material containing indigestible polysaccharides, a food additive containing indigestible polysaccharides, and a resistant protein, wherein the weight of resistant protein is within the range of 1-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total weight of the natural processed food material containing indigestible polysaccharides and the food additive containing indigestible polysaccharides.
