The selectively collapsible elastomeric bulb has a hollow interior and an outlet extending from the interior. The tube has a proximal end connected to the bulb, a distal end on the side opposite to the proximal end, and an internal passage extended from the proximal end to the distal end of the tube in fluid communication with the outlet of the bulb. The needle is connected to the distal end of the tube and has a sharp distal end.
