Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor of an internal high pressure type discharging a compressed high pressure refrigerant gas to a discharge chamber at an upper part in a sealed container from a scroll compression element so that a high-pressure is established in the sealed container, wherein oil is prevented from being delivered from the discharge pipe even when a rotation speed of a motor is high in accordance with a structure in which a space of the discharge chamber is used to provide an oil separation part and some of a refrigerant gas from which oil is separated there is directly led to a discharge pipe with a distance shorter than a refrigerant gas passage flowing to the discharge pipe via a communication passage provided at an upper support frame.SOLUTION: A discharge pipe is disposed at an opposite side of a communication passage relative to a rotary shaft of an electric element. An oil separation part separating oil in a refrigerant gas discharged from a discharge port is provided in a discharge chamber. A refrigerant gas auxiliary passage for leading the refrigerant gas after the separation of oil by the oil separation part to the discharge pipe is formed at the opposite side of the communication passage relative to the rotary shaft. |
