Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antineoplastic combinations with an mTOR inhibitor, herceptin, and/or HKI-272.SOLUTION: The invention provides the use of combinations comprising herceptin, an mTOR inhibitor and/or HKI-272 in the treatment of neoplasms. Thus, the invention provides for the combined use of a herceptin with an mTOR inhibitor, the combined use of herceptin with an HKI-272, the combined use of an mTOR inhibitor with HKI-272, or the combined use of a herceptin with mTOR inhibitor and an HKI-272. The invention further provides products containing herceptin in combination with an mTOR inhibitor and/or HKI-272 formulated for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in treating neoplasms in a mammal.
