Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet that has excellent fire-resistance and is sufficiently suppressed in dimensional variation.SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet contains (A) magnetic powder, (B) (a) acrylic rubber having epoxy groups, (b) phenol aralkyl resin, (c) epoxy resin, (d) hardening accelerator and (e) binder resin obtained by hardening a resin composition containing melamine cyanurate, and (C) red phosphorus. The content of the (C) red phosphorus is 2 to 10 mass% with respect to the total amount of the (B) binder resin and the (C) red phosphorus.
