Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of which the number of part items is not increased and which is easily assembled.SOLUTION: The damper device 1 includes: a body case 2 in which a sealing space S of oil is formed; a rotor 3 of which the one end side shaft part 33 is arranged in the sealing space S; a projection wall 25 which is projected from the inner circumferential surface 211 of the body case 2 up to a position where the projection wall is abutted on the outer circumferential surface 33a of the shaft part 33; and a wall part 34 which is formed so as to be extended from the outer circumference of the shaft part 33 to the diametrically outer side and of which the angular position around the rotation center axis X changes with the rotation of the rotor 3. The outer diameter of the sealing space S stipulated by the inner circumferential surface 211 of the body case 2 is changed in the circumferential direction around the rotation center axis X, when the angular position of the wall part 34 is within the prescribed range, the wall part 34 slides along the inner circumferential surface 211 of the body case 2, such that a load is applied to the rotation of the rotor 3 and, when the angular position of the wall part 34 is without the prescribed range on the outer circumferential surface 33a of the shaft part 33, a recessed part 39 for avoiding the abutment against the projection wall 25 is disposed on the position opposite to the projection wall 25.
