Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoacoustic device, and particularly a thermoacoustic device using a carbon nanotube.SOLUTION: The thermoacoustic device includes a substrate, a sound wave generator and a heater. The substrate comprises a carbon nanotube composite structure. The carbon nanotube composite structure comprises a carbon nanotube structure and an insulating layer covering a surface of the carbon nanotube structure. The sound wave generator is arranged on one surface of the substrate, and comprises a graphene structure. The heater provides energy for the sound wave generator to generate heat from the sound wave generator. The present invention also provides an electronic device using the thermoacoustic device. |
