Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate identification of a single core part between connection parts to improve intermediate branch workability by structure intermittently including the connection parts which connect optical fibers aligned in line in the longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: An optical fiber ribbon 10 includes: a plurality of optical fibers 1 arranged in parallel in one parallel line; and connection parts 2 which connect the adjacent optical fibers 1. The connection parts 2 are intermittently provided in the longitudinal direction of the optical fibers 1, and perform intermediate branching at a single core part between the connection parts 2. Then, torsion is provided to at least one optical fiber among the plurality of optical fibers. The optical fiber 1 to which the torsion is provided meanders at the single core part by its elasticity, and jumps out from an aligned state. Thus, a worker easily identifies the single core part, and easily performs an intermediate branching work.
