Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tilt a seat back without removal of a headrest even in a narrow space, by virtue of the absence of restrictions imposed on the structure and arrangement of seats.SOLUTION: A control lever 12 is operated to recline the seat back 4. Thus, a rectangular block 11 is folded to lower the headrest 5, and the seat back 4 of a rear seat 3 can be reclined to a front side in a state in which the headrest 5 does not interfere with a front seat back 6 of a front seat 2, without the removal of the headrest 5.
