Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system which, by considering band limitation on a broadband, can realize priority control and retransmission control without causing contradiction with each other.SOLUTION: In a monitoring system using a network interconnection device which interconnects a local network having multiple communication terminals connected thereto and a wide-area network having a management center connected thereto, the order in which packets are sent out to the wide-area network is regulated by a single table in a centralized manner by combining the priority levels between multiple data types, per-type initial transmit and retransmit data, and multiple retransmit data.
