Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a screw member from falling out from a support part of the screw member.SOLUTION: A watt-hour meter includes a watt-hour meter body base and a packaged measuring part detachably attached to the watt-hour meter body base. The measuring part includes: a screw member supporting part having an insertion hole for inserting the screw member for fixing the measuring part on the watt-hour meter body base; and a locking part arranged on a position separated from the screw member supporting part by a predetermined distance in an axial length direction of the insertion hole and capable of abutting on and locking the head part of the screw member moved in a removing direction to regulate further movement of the screw member and prevent the screw member from falling out from the screw member supporting part.
