Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet having high adhesiveness with hydraulic composition (such as mortar) and excellent in water proofness and moisture proofness.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 2 interposed between a substrate 4 of a building or a structure and a finishing layer 3 formed of a hydraulic composition comprises: a hydrophilic layer formed of a nonwoven fabric containing a hydrophilic fiber; a water-resistant layer laminated on the hydrophilic layer and formed of a polyethylene resin film and/or asphalt impregnation paper; and a hydrophobic layer laminated on the water-resistant layer and formed of a nonwoven fabric containing a hydrophobic fiber. The hydrophilic fiber may be a vinyl alcohol-based fiber and/or a hydrophilic polypropylene-based fiber. The permeable resistance of the waterproof sheet is about 0.5 to 350 m*h*mmHg/g and the water pressure resistance thereof is about 5 to 200 kPa.
