The plural section plates for equipment installation 63 are fixed on the base plate 62 and forms plural installation areas for mounting each piece of vehicle equipment on the base plate 62. The section plate for battery storage 64 is fixed on the base plate 62 and forms areas for storing the plural batteries 24 inside it.
