Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of optimal shake correction while taking account of the movement of the imaging apparatus in the rotational component direction, and to provide an image blur correction method and program, and a recording medium for recording the program.SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus 1 which processes a temporally continuous frames, a motion vector is calculated for each block obtained by dividing each frame into small regions each consisting of a predetermined number of pixels in a vector calculation processing. In a set processing, the rotational component of a motion vector is removed based on the rotation extraction results of each frame, and then the vector calculation regions are grouped. In a determination processing, a group region of background having no subject is determined among the group region thus grouped. |
