Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature controller which avoids strength shortage of the connection between pipes connecting with heat exchangers and the heat exchangers in which heat medium passages are formed.SOLUTION: A battery temperature controller 10 comprises: heat exchangers 50 and 51 which are flat, have heat medium passages formed therein, and conduct heat exchange with batteries 30; a heat medium supply pipe 60 which connects with flat surfaces of the heat exchangers 50 and 51 in a perpendicular manner and supplies the heat medium to the heat medium passages; and a heat medium discharge pipe 61 which connects with the flat surfaces of the heat exchangers 50 and 51 in the perpendicular manner and discharges the heat medium from the heat medium passages. The heat exchangers 50 and 51 are respectively supported by the cantilever structure composed of both the pipes 60 and 61 with connection parts with the heat medium supply pipe 60 and the heat medium discharge pipe 61 serving as fixed ends. Both the pipes 60 and 61 are joined to the heat exchangers 50 and 51 over their entire peripheries at the connection parts with the heat exchangers 50 and 51.
