Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device that can control complication of a pump housing.SOLUTION: The pump device includes a first gear (an inner gear 22) which is rotatably provided in a pump housing 3, a second gear (an outer gear 21) which is rotated while being engaged with the first gear, a housing side drive shaft insertion hole (a through-hole 34) extending in the direction of a rotary shaft of the first gear, a reservoir tank 5 for storing working fluid, a drive shaft 4 which is rotatably and pivotally supported by a first bearing 6 and a second bearing 7 provided in the housing side drive shaft insertion hole, a seal chamber 37 which is provided in the pump housing 3, continuous to the housing side drive shaft insertion hole (a second bearing part 360) on the other side end side from the second bearing 7, and formed to surround an outer circumferential side of the drive shaft 4, and a communication passage (a communication groove 223) which is provided on the first gear to pass through the first gear, and disposed opposite to end faces in the axial direction of the first bearing 6 and the second bearing 7.
