Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule that use polyisocyanate for the wall film material and that contain skin care components effective for skin protection and for suppression of dermatitis, and to provide sanitary paper to which the microcapsule is adhered.SOLUTION: The microcapsules use polyisocyanate that consists of aliphatic diisocyanate essentially containing hexamethylene diisocyanate and that contains an isocyanurate structure and an allophanate structure. As a result, the microcapsules are obtained that have sufficient wall strength and that contain skin care components and perfume ingredients.
