Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more certainly prevent electric power with different voltages from flowing into the same route.SOLUTION: A PCS 21 for a photovoltaic panel converts electric power of DC voltage which is generated by a photovoltaic panel generating electricity according to radiation of solar light into electric power of AC voltage. A charging AC/DC conversion part 23 converts electric power of AC voltage outputted from the PCS 21 for the photovoltaic panel into electric power of DC voltage. In addition, relays 31 and 32 are connected in series to wiring which supplies electric power to the charging AC/DC conversion part 23 from a system. Then, a control part 28 turns off the relays 31 and 32 when detecting that supply of the electric power from the system is stopped. The present invention, for example, can be applied to a photovoltaic power generation system having a photovoltaic power generation panel and a storage battery.
