PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the function as a wheel stopper, by preventing a retreat of a wheel stopper, even when a vehicle body retreats.SOLUTION: A link member 10 is vertically rockably supported on the rear side of a wheel 3, and the wheel stopper 11 is similarly vertically rockably supported in a rocking part 10a of the link member 10. A weight 12 for rocking the member 10 in the wheel direction A is installed to the link member 10, and as a result of it, the wheel stopper 11 is energized to the wheel 3 side. A bolt is attached in the rocking part 10a, and the bolt is inserted into a long hole formed on the wheel stopper 11 side. Thus, even when the vehicle body 2 retreats, the wheel stopper 11 can maintain the function as the wheel stopper without retreating.
