Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial machine which uses a flywheel and can suppress an increase in the dimension of a drive motor or the like and can control the speed of a load at a high degree of versatility.SOLUTION: An output shaft of a reduction gear is connected to a load drive shaft, a gear on an input shaft side of the reduction gear is driven by a first motor, and a differential mechanism is connected to a flywheel. The differential mechanism is configured in such a way that the output shaft of the reduction gear is connected to a carrier of the differential mechanism, the rotational power input from a sun gear is transmitted to the flywheel and accumulated as the energy, and the accumulated energy is released to the sun gear side and the carrier side, and that the sun gear of the differential mechanism is driven by a second motor, the flywheel is accelerated by the second motor to accumulate energy according to the rotational angle position of the load drive shaft, then the load drive shaft is driven while releasing accumulated energy thereby supplementing the insufficient torque of the first motor.
