Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device, a light source device, and a projector, which are able to suppress deterioration of a conversion efficiency of a fluorescence substance by suppressing the fluorescence substance from becoming high temperature.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with a rotating body 11 capable of rotating centered on a prescribed rotating shaft 15, a phosphor layer 12 installed along the rotation direction of the rotating body 11, and a driving device 20 which moves the rotating body 11 to a direction orthogonal to the rotating shaft 15.
