Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user friendliness by providing a flowmeter for process liquid with various functions.SOLUTION: A flowmeter for process liquid is configured to measure a flow rate of a process liquid flowing through a supply pipeline 200 and comprises a pair of ultrasonic oscillators 2 and 3, a flow rate calculation unit 4 and an air bubble mixture determination unit 5. The pair of ultrasonic oscillators 2 and 3 are disposed in a flowing direction of the supply pipeline 200 while being separated for a fixed distance. The flow rate calculation unit 4 calculates the flow rate of the process liquid on the basis of a first arrival time T1 and a second arrival time T2. The first arrival time T1 is the time for an ultrasonic wave generated from the one ultrasonic oscillator 2 to arrive at the other ultrasonic oscillator 3. The second arrival time T2 is the time for an ultrasonic wave generated from the other ultrasonic oscillator 3 to arrive at the one ultrasonic oscillator 2. On the basis of a temporal variation in the calculated flow rate of the process liquid, the air bubble mixture determination unit 5 determines whether or not air bubbles are being mixed in the process liquid.
