Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion adhesive composition that is useful for producing adhesive sheets, which are highly adhesive to rough surfaces and wherein a rough surface adhesiveness is well balanced with other properties, and for other uses, and to provide an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion adhesive composition comprises, in a 100:6-35 mass ratio, an acrylic polymer pAand an acrylic polymer pAwith a Mw of 1×10-50×10and a glass transition temperature of ≤-15°C. The adhesive sheet 1 has adhesive layers 21, 22 formed of the aqueous dispersion adhesive composition. The pAhas 1C-18C alkyl (meth)acrylate M1as the core. The pAhas a copolymer composition containing at least 1C-18C alkyl (meth)acrylate M1and functional group-containing monomers M2as constituent monomers thereof. The number of functional groups derived from the monomers M2that are contained per 100 g of pAis >0.12 to 0.50 mol.
