Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous vulcanization facility which prevents occurrence of trouble caused by slack of an unvulcanized rubber tube upon starting continuous vulcanization and can smoothly start the continuous vulcanization.SOLUTION: A head 30 of an extruder and a vulcanization tube 32 are separately arranged in the continuous vulcanization facility 22. A connecting device 34 is arranged to the vulcanization tube 32, wherein the connecting device includes a cylinder part 62 formed on a tip side of the vulcanization tube, a slide cylinder 68 which is slidably and internally fitted to the cylinder part 62 through a seal member 64, and a connection part 72 which is arranged on a tip side of the slide cylinder 68 and is connected to the head 30 tightly, and telescopically moves to connect and release the connection between the vulcanization tube 32 and the head 30 of the extruder. |
