Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster having an inner tub and an outer tub which are easy to assemble and disassemble to facilitate cleaning.SOLUTION: The inner tube 10 and the outer tub 20 which constitute a skewered food roaster, are coupled in a manner to be readily coupled and separated. The rack includes a driving portion having a cam eccentrically rotated, a moving frame includes a housing frame horizontally moved by the rotation of the eccentric cam while the driving portion is fixed to a flange, the moving frame includes rails each formed with gear holes meshing with gears mounted to a fixing frame so that horizontal movement within the accurate range is allowed to the extent of horizontal movement by the rotation of the cam, and a fixed frame is mounted with housings including insertion holes configured to allow the horizontal rotation of skewer racks on rotation while rotatably fixing multiple gears meshing with the gear holes of the rails.
