Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller and a motor control method that shorten a setting time by suppressing vibration and deviation in a traveling direction during operation, and further to place a plurality of shafts in operation synchronously since a motor can be placed in operation along an ideal track and the current position can be always monitored.SOLUTION: The motor controller includes a means of generating a command waveform from jerk data affecting the vibration in the traveling direction large, and a means of performing real-time actual position control to regenerate a future command waveform according to a deviation quantity while always limiting a jerk, and thereby suppresses the vibration and deviation in the traveling direction when the motor operates at a high speed.
