PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gap between a shield case body and a shield cover while making it easy to attach the shield cover to the shield case body.SOLUTION: This boxy shield case having an opening 1x in one face of a shield case body 1 and a printed circuit board disposed in the inside thereof has a shield cover 2 to be inserted in the inside of the face where the opening 1x of the shield case body 1 is provided, two parallel crank mechanisms disposed in the shield case body 1, and a bent part 2b on the lower side of the shield cover 2. A link 3 on the lower side of the parallel crank mechanism is a member having an L-shaped cross section for receiving the bent part 2b of the shield cover 2. The parallel crank mechanism has a bracket 10, a spring 6 for pushing up and energizing the link 3 is disposed on the lower side of the lower link 3, the spring 6 pushes up the link 3, the shield cover 2 is held between the bracket 10 and the inner face of the fringe of the face where the opening 1x of the shield case body 1 is provided, and conductivity is thereby improved.
