Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device using a two-wavelength multi-laser light source, which can generate a stable servo signal and playback signal to positional deviation of a light receiving surface with one-beam optical system configuration, and an optical disk device with the optical pickup device mounted thereon.SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device including a laser source unit storing a first laser source and a second laser source for emitting at least mutually independent luminous flux in a common housing, an objective lens for focusing the luminous flux emitted from the laser source unit on an information recording layer of an optical disk, a split unit for splitting the luminous flux reflected from the information recording layer of the optical disk, and a photodetector including a plurality of light receiving surfaces for receiving the luminous flux split by the split unit, the split unit has a first diffraction surface and a second diffraction surface for splitting first luminous flux or second luminous flux emitted from the first laser source or the second laser source into a plurality of regions, and is arranged at a position on which only the luminous flux reflected from the information recording layer of the optical disk is made incident.
