Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for monitoring, capable of effectively hiding a person by a mask image and sufficiently protecting privacy.SOLUTION: The image processor for monitoring includes: present image storage means for storing a present image which is the present image of a monitoring object area; comparison image storage means for storing a comparison image to be compared with the present image; change area extraction means for comparing the present image and the comparison image and extracting a change area; mask area setting means for binarizing respective luminance values within the change area by a prescribed threshold, and setting an area to be masked within the present image on the basis of a result after the binarization; first mask image preparation means for preparing a first mask image covering the inside the mask area; and superimposing means for preparing a superimposition image for which the first mask image is superimposed in the mask area of the present image. |
