Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the amount of a reagent which is wasted and to improve the throughput of analysis by shortening a time needed to feed a liquid.SOLUTION: A minimum required reagent which is substantially equal in amount to the capacity of a flow cell is sucked into a sampling nozzle by a microsyringe, the sampling nozzle is then inserted into an injection port of the flow cell, and the microsyringe is driven to inject the reagent into the flow cell. When the sampling nozzle is cleaned, the inside of the nozzle is cleaned by discharging cleaning water from the sampling nozzle moved to a cleaning tank, and cleaning water is jetted from an inner wall of the cleaning tank to clean the outside of the nozzle. |
