Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radial vibrations of a valve device, which opens and closes a valve part and adjusts opening by bringing the valve body driven by a plunger into contact with and away from a valve seat, with a simple structure, and to reduce operation noise due to the vibrations.SOLUTION: The valve device includes: a valve seat 5, a valve body 8 attached/detached to/from the valve seat 5 in a valve chamber 7, a plunger 6 for driving a valve body which integrally reciprocates with the valve body 8. The valve device is provided with a coil spring 25 which has one end positioned coaxially with the valve seat 5 to be held by a valve seat forming member 4, and has the other end made to be brought into contact with a member (a plunger 6 in Fig.) opposed to a valve chamber-side end face of the valve seat forming member 4. An external-diameter guide part 25a provided in the axial direction of the coil spring is brought into contact with an outer circumference of the plunger 6.
