Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in flame retardancy and impact resistance, moreover having high impact resistance also in molding at high temperature, and having high impact resistance even under low-temperature environment.SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition contains: 3-30 pts.mass of a phosphorus-based flame retardant (B); 0.001-1 pts.mass of a fluoropolymer (C); and further 0.5-10 pts.mass of a total sum of a graft copolymer (D) formed by graft-copolymerization of a rubbery polymer and a monomer component copolymerizable therewith and having an average particle size of 70 to 180 nm and a graft copolymer (E) having an average particle size of >180 nm and ≤300 nm, based on 100 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin (A), wherein 10-90 mass% of (D) and 90-10 mass% of (E) are contained on the basis of the total sum of (D) and (E).
