PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for a microwave oven allowing cooking as it is when performing heating cooking using the microwave oven and preventing the container from being collapsed after the heating cooking.SOLUTION: The container body 1 includes: a first protrusion 11 partially protruding on a part of an upper surface of a flange 15 in a peripheral direction of the flange 15; a second protrusion 12 located outside the first protrusion 11 and partially protruding in the peripheral direction of the flange 15; and one or two or more through-holes 16 provided at a region of the flange that does not protrude between the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 12 and vertically penetrates the flange 15. The lid 2 is annularly heat-sealed in the peripheral direction of the flange 15 via upper ends of the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 12 on the upper surface of the flange 15, and the region of the upper surface of the flange 15 between the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 12 is not heat-sealed.
