Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which informs a user of the progress of charging.SOLUTION: A power supply system for electric vehicles includes: a power supply stand 10 for supplying power to an on-vehicle battery of each electric vehicle; a terminal unit 20 that users use; and a server 30 communicating with the power supply stand 10 and the terminal unit 20. The power supply stand 10 supplies power to the on-vehicle battery according to requests from the terminal unit 20 through the server 30 and measures the electric energy. The server 30 has user master information for specifying a user and a registered electric vehicle 50 and a table relating the registered electric vehicle 50 to charging characteristics data of the on-board battery and includes charging progress calculation means. The charging progress calculation means extracts the charging characteristics data corresponding to the registered electric vehicle 50 from the table and calculates the charging progress of the on-vehicle battery by comparing the measurement result of the electric energy to the extracted charging characteristics data. The calculation result is transmitted from the server 30 to the terminal unit 20.
