Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting fixture which has a structure in which only lenses can be exchanged and an aperture angle of light rays can be changed easily according to usage.SOLUTION: The LED aluminum board 40 which is mounted with an LED 42 at an under part of a case body 19 is fixed with a screw 46 together with a heat sink 50. A transparent cover 60 is fixed to an under face side of the case body 19 at the under part of the LED aluminum board 40 in a manner to close the opening face of the under part of the case body 19. A lens body 70 having a plurality of lens parts 71 is attached with a screw 5 by using a lens presser 80 at the lower side of the cover 60, wherein the lens body 70 is replaceable. Thus, it is possible to replace only the lens body 70 having the lens parts 71 with a different aperture angle.
